About Marcy
Thirty years of faith, leadership, and living the question.
She had a happy life. And yet, she was dissatisfied with something she could not quite name.
Marcy and Dan built a full family — four biological daughters, plus several bonus children they took in as teenagers. Dan served as pastor and community leader. Marcy spoke at retreats and conferences while working in the local high school. Together they opened a juice and smoothie bar in their hometown that grew into a thriving community space.
And still, the holy discontent. The kids growing up and leaving. A life that was genuinely full, and yet that unnamed restlessness that would not go away — something just outside of view, something missing.
Then Dan's stroke, while he was working at the juice bar. A hemorrhagic bleed that stopped on its own without surgical intervention. The family considers it a miracle. But it left him in pain with no feeling in his right hand, and it left Marcy in a season of searching she had not planned on.

It was in that season she discovered personal development and self-help and began to understand mindset. She hired her own coach. She learned that her thoughts and beliefs were shaping her experience and started doing the patient, daily work of changing them.
What she found on the other side was a way of living from her real values — not from inherited expectation. And a clear decision: to bring these tools to other women who are where she once was.
Today, Marcy integrates over thirty years of ministry, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching into one proven framework for lasting change.
